Andres is a Developer Advocate for Google's Developer Relations team.

Prior to joining Google, Andres founded Cartosoft, a geospatial solutions provider. Prior to his work on Cartosoft, Andres served as Vice President of Operations for Geographic Technologies Group, a leading provider of geospatial services and software for local governments throughout the U.S. Andres has worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, and his experience includes working for various startups, metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), The World Bank, and as a volunteer for various non-profits.
