Bakari Chavanu is a former high school teacher who is now a wedding and event photographer. A long time Mac addict, he is also a freelance writer and has been a reviewer and features writer for MyMac.com. He written on an array of topics from tips on using screen capture to digital photography management workflow.
He has attended and covered as a photographer and journalist two Macworld conferences and is in the process of developing a videopodcast about what he learning in using Aperture 1.5 as a professional photographer.
His other interests include graphic design, modern jazz, and, of course, helping raise his two children.
