Peter Mikhalenko holds a Masters in computer science from the Moscow State
University, and for several years was a CIO and head of IT at the Russian
consulting and IT solutions company Sigent. He has made code contributions to
several worldwide open source projects and written many articles on XML and
Java. His main interests are the Semantic Web, Java, open standards and their
use in electronic business solutions, and investment banking.
Peter is a Sun-certified professional and works at Deutsche Bank as a business
consultant co-developing a large finance transactional system.
