Jim Paterson is a Lecturer in the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at Glasgow Caledonian University in the UK. He specializes in object-oriented software and web development, and has a particular interest in using new tools in a teaching context. He has a PhD in Physics from Glasgow University, and worked previously as a research physicist and as a software engineer.

Agile Object to Relational Database Replication with db4o

Then mix in a little Hibernate. Now you can map objects to either the db4o database or a relational database.
