with twenty years of experience in software development, design, and
management. He is an independent consultant who has developed many Open Source
projects, including the Java GUI report writer DataVision, the first pure-Ruby
XML parser NQXML, TwICE (an Information and Content
Exchange (ICE) reference implementation), and, of course, CheckbooX.
