O'Reilly Happenings at Macworld SF 2007

O'Reilly Media is excited to again be part of the annual Macworld Conference & Expo, which will be held in San Francisco's Moscone Center, January 9-12. This year's focus on the digital lifestyle puts the spotlight on O'Reilly's roster of star authors. We've got a great lineup of in-booth tech talks and plenty of Mac and digital media titles to browse, so plan on stopping by our booth if you'll be at Macworld. We also have an exciting pre-Macworld event that will take place at the Book Passage book store in Corte Madera on Sunday, January 7 at 7:00 p.m. An expert panel of O'Reilly authors will be on hand to discuss the state of digital photography and answer questions.

Some of this year's O'Reilly Macworld highlights include:
- David Pogue, O'Reilly author, New York Times technology columnist, and Mac industry luminary, returns to Macworld to host the conference's own talk show.
- Popular O'Reilly authors Mikkel Aaland, Stephen Johnson, Julieanne Kost, Ken Milburn, Derrick Story, and Eddie Tapp are appearing at the conference's new Digital Lifestyle Experience booth, centrally located at North Hall. It's dedicated to hands-on demonstrations, training, and tips and techniques on everything from cameras, to printers, to hosting services, to asset management, and more.
- Andy Hertzfeld is speaking in our booth on Tuesday, telling stories about how the Mac was created, and signing copies of his book Revolution in the Valley.
- Over at the O'Reilly Macworld booth, the digital media authors will give scheduled talks throughout the week.
- On January 10, the O'Reilly panel heads over to the San Francisco Apple Store to share their insider know-how starting at 4:30 p.m.

The O'Reilly Media booth is #2112 in the South Hall. Book authors will be on hand to answer your questions or to sign purchases from the on-site store.
